A butter dish with a lid with a Cornish copper green glaze is ideal for keeping butter fresh and spreadable. Microwave and dishwasher safe earthenware pottery butter keeper. Each one is slightly different because of the nature of the glaze. The inside of the lid has a high gloss white finish.

The dish is suitable for an 8 oz. or 250g block of butter or two American-style butter sticks and has end walls to stop the butter from sliding around on the dish also allowing the lid to fit perfectly without squishing the butter.
