Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Some products are not kept in stock and will need to be made in these cases we will email you and let you know when yourorder will be shipped.

Domestic Shipping  

We ship all domestic orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will ask you for a contact telephone number if you have not provided one at checkout. This helps the delivery drivers find your address if there is a problem, they can then call you for delivery questions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to global destinations using Royal Mail.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

USA duty is calculated and applied at checkout with the shipping cost.
