Prevention Policy for COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our customers.

We have been trained on proper hand washing protocol, working areas are maintained hygienically and all shipping materials and packaging are sanitised prior to shipping.

We do not allow access to our working studio by any 3rd party and maintain all products and packaging in a safe environment.

We are working in a COVID-19 Free Environment and are taking constant steps to stay safe by avoiding 3rd party contact. All packages are wrapped and sealed before they leave our studio and are taken directly to the Post Office or collected by domestic couriers.

We remain focussed and connected to any changing rules the United Kingdom government has imposed.
